Account & Data Rights

This page explains how NXTL account holders can access, export, correct, or delete personal data. It supplements our Privacy Policy and helps meet transparency requirements for app stores and GDPR.
1. Your NXTL account
If you have an NXTL account, you can sign in at nxtlsim.com or in the NXTL eSIM mobile app to view balance, eSIMs, orders, billing settings, invoices, and notification preferences.
2. Access and correction
You may update certain account details (such as display name and currency preference) in the app or My Account area. For other corrections, contact [email protected].
3. Data export (portability)
You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you:
- Website: My Account → Privacy (where available) to submit an export request;
- Mobile app: authenticated API request to
/api/app/v1/privacy/requestwith typeexport(or contact us if you need assistance); - Email: send a request from your registered email address to [email protected].
We will respond within the time limits required by applicable law (generally within one month for GDPR requests, extendable where permitted).
4. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data where we are not required to retain it by law (for example tax or accounting records).
- Website: My Account → Privacy → request account/data deletion where available;
- Mobile app: submit a deletion request via the privacy API endpoint with type
delete, or email us; - Email: contact [email protected] from your account email with subject “Account deletion request”.
Before deleting an account we may need to verify your identity. Deletion may be delayed or limited where we must retain certain records for legal, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes. Active eSIM services may need to be cancelled or used up first.
5. Push notifications and app data
To stop push alerts without deleting your account:
- turn off notification toggles in Account → Push notifications in the app;
- disable notifications for NXTL in your device settings;
- log out of the app — this removes registered push tokens from our servers.
6. Marketing
NXTL service emails related to orders, security, and account activity are not marketing messages. If we send optional marketing communications in the future, we will provide an unsubscribe option. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI): vdai.lrv.lt.
