By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing an eSIM, adding balance, scanning or installing an eSIM profile, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
NXTL eSIM provides digital eSIM connectivity services designed for international travel, pay-as-you-go mobile data usage, and related account balance services. The standard consumer NXTL eSIM sold through nxtlsim.com is primarily a data eSIM. Business voice, SMS, local number, API, or custom telecom services may be offered separately and may be subject to additional terms, verification, and approval.
The eSIM is delivered digitally. No physical SIM card is shipped. After successful payment and order processing, the customer receives eSIM installation details, usually including a QR code or activation instructions.
Coverage, available networks, speed, quality, and service availability may vary by country, local network operator, device, configuration, roaming conditions, regulatory restrictions, and technical availability.
3. Prices, Balance, and Pay-As-You-Go Usage
NXTL eSIM operates on a pay-as-you-go model. When you purchase an eSIM package, part of the purchase price may be credited to your account as usable balance, and the remaining part may cover eSIM activation, provisioning, platform, payment processing, and service setup costs.
For example, where the website advertises an eSIM purchase with included balance, the checkout or product page will show the applicable price and balance value. Current offers may include a purchase where a fixed amount is credited to your account balance and the remaining amount covers activation and service setup.
Your account balance is used for eligible services according to the applicable rates shown on the website, in your dashboard, or otherwise communicated by NXTL. Different countries, networks, and services may have different rates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, standard account balance does not expire. We may, however, suspend, restrict, or close accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or long-term inactivity where permitted by law.
4. When Your Card Is Charged
Your card or selected payment method is charged immediately when you confirm and submit your order at checkout by clicking “Place order,” “Pay now,” “Complete purchase,” or any similar payment confirmation button.
For eSIM purchases, the payment is taken at the time of checkout. After successful payment, we begin processing your order and provisioning the digital eSIM service.
For balance top-ups, your card or selected payment method is charged immediately when you submit and confirm the top-up payment. The purchased balance is then credited to your account after successful payment processing.
NXTL does not apply recurring card charges for the standard consumer eSIM purchase unless a recurring subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring billing product is clearly displayed at checkout and you expressly agree to it before payment.
5. Payment Processing and Security
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Payment card handling is performed by payment providers using their own secure systems and compliance standards.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We may refuse, cancel, hold, or review orders where payment is declined, flagged, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise considered high-risk.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, currency conversion provider, or payment provider, including exchange rate differences and foreign transaction fees.
6. Delivery, Activation, and Device Compatibility
NXTL eSIM products are digital products. Delivery is normally made by email, account dashboard, QR code, activation link, or another electronic method.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device:
- supports eSIM technology;
- is not locked to another mobile network operator;
- supports the relevant frequencies, roaming settings, and network requirements in the country of use;
- has a stable internet connection during eSIM installation;
- is configured correctly, including mobile data, data roaming, APN, and network selection where required.
Failure to check device compatibility before purchase does not automatically create a right to a refund once the eSIM has been delivered, provisioned, activated, installed, or made available to you, except where required by applicable law.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Service Withdrawal
Because NXTL eSIM products are digital services that may be delivered and provisioned shortly after payment, all completed eSIM purchases and balance top-ups are generally final and non-refundable once the eSIM, QR code, activation details, or balance have been delivered, provisioned, activated, installed, used, or made available to your account.
By purchasing an eSIM or balance top-up, you request and agree that we may begin performance of the digital service immediately after payment confirmation. Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that this right may be lost once the digital service has been fully delivered, activated, provisioned, or made available with your consent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:
- payment was duplicated due to a technical error;
- the order was not delivered or provisioned due to an issue caused by NXTL;
- mandatory consumer protection law requires a refund;
- another exceptional circumstance is confirmed by our support team.
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your order number, account email, payment reference, device model, country of attempted use, screenshots where relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue.
We do not normally issue refunds for unsupported devices, locked devices, incorrect installation, deleted eSIM profiles, poor local coverage outside our reasonable control, user error, lack of travel, change of mind after delivery, or failure to read product information before purchase.
8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms, applicable telecommunications rules, payment rules, data protection rules, and local laws in the countries where you use the Services.
You must not use the Services for:
- fraud, identity theft, account abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or deceptive activity;
- spam, unlawful marketing, harassment, scams, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access;
- network abuse, excessive automated usage, resale without permission, or attempts to bypass technical limitations;
- activities that violate sanctions, export control rules, telecommunications regulations, or third-party rights;
- any activity that may damage NXTL, our suppliers, mobile network operators, payment partners, other users, or third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse service if we reasonably believe that your account, order, payment, device, traffic, or usage pattern is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, high-risk, or in breach of these Terms.
9. Fair Use and Network Management
The Services are intended for normal personal or business connectivity use. We and our network partners may apply reasonable network management, fair use, anti-abuse, and security measures to protect service quality, comply with law, and prevent misuse.
We may limit, throttle, suspend, block, or terminate access where we detect or reasonably suspect:
- excessive, abnormal, automated, or abusive usage;
- unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of the service;
- traffic that harms network stability or other users;
- usage that violates legal, regulatory, supplier, or operator requirements.
Where practical, we will try to provide notice before applying restrictions, unless immediate action is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, supplier, or network protection reasons.
10. KYC, Verification, and Compliance
Standard data eSIM purchases may not always require identity verification. However, certain services, countries, local numbers, business services, telecom features, high-risk orders, fraud checks, legal obligations, or supplier requirements may require Know Your Customer (“KYC”) or additional verification.
Where verification is required, we may request information such as your full name, company details, address, phone number, email address, government-issued ID, proof of address, selfie verification, business registration documents, tax or registration numbers, intended use, or other supporting information.
If you do not provide required verification, or if verification fails, we may refuse, delay, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all Services.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. Personal data may be used to process orders, provide services, verify customers, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, and improve our Services.
We may share necessary data with payment processors, telecom suppliers, mobile network operators, verification providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required to provide the Services, comply with law, or protect our rights.
We do not sell customer KYC data for marketing purposes. You may contact [email protected] regarding privacy requests, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability requests where applicable by law.
12. Service Availability and Third-Party Networks
NXTL eSIM relies on third-party telecom infrastructure, roaming partners, mobile network operators, suppliers, internet providers, payment processors, hosting providers, device manufacturers, and software platforms. We do not control every part of this infrastructure.
Service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, restricted, degraded, or changed due to factors including network outages, local coverage limitations, roaming restrictions, device limitations, maintenance, regulatory action, supplier changes, payment issues, force majeure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability in every location, specific speeds, specific network access, compatibility with every device, or acceptance of the eSIM by every local network at all times.
13. Changes to Prices, Coverage, and Services
We may update prices, coverage, supported countries, supported networks, usage rates, service features, technical requirements, fair use limits, and these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be required due to supplier pricing, mobile operator changes, currency fluctuations, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, technical improvements, or business reasons.
Where changes materially affect existing users, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, pricing, or service conditions.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or Services immediately if:
- you breach these Terms;
- your payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or suspected of fraud;
- we receive a lawful request from authorities, suppliers, payment partners, or network operators;
- your usage creates risk to NXTL, our partners, networks, payment providers, other users, or third parties;
- continued service would expose us to legal, regulatory, security, financial, or reputational risk.
Suspension or termination due to fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NXTL, MB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of goodwill, travel disruption, inability to connect, or costs of alternative connectivity.
We are not liable for issues caused by unsupported devices, locked devices, user misconfiguration, deleted eSIM profiles, local network limitations, roaming restrictions, third-party outages, supplier failures, regulatory restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights remain applicable where they cannot lawfully be excluded. However, because eSIM products are digital services that may be delivered and activated immediately after payment, refund and withdrawal rights may be limited once delivery, provisioning, activation, or use has started with your consent, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the website, or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory applicable law provides that you may bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
