To Our Valued Customers,

Over the past few weeks, we’ve experienced a sharp increase in suspicious 1-star reviews on our Trustpilot page. Many of these reviews mention order IDs or scenarios that do not exist within our systems, and some contain fabricated complaints that are factually impossible given our recent service status.

We want to clarify the situation honestly, respectfully, and transparently.

🔍 A Wave of False Reviews

What’s happening isn’t a coincidence. We’ve observed and documented several suspicious patterns:

📌 Non-existent receipts and order numbers (e.g., “Receipt 520” – we don’t issue receipts, only invoices).

📌 Unregistered emails and fake names with no record in our customer database.

📌 Impossible use cases, such as QR codes failing to activate, while our system wasn’t even generating QR codes due to an ongoing migration.

Unfortunately, this situation escalated into something much darker: direct extortion.

🧾 Screenshot Evidence

🔒 Extortion Threat #1:

“I’m the one who was paid to destroy your TP page… if you’re willing to make a deal with me I’ll delete all the reviews posted thus far.”

💸 Extortion Demands Escalate:

“I’ve been paid $250 to post 50 negative reviews… the least I expect to stop is $500.”

🧨 Final Threats:

“It’s $750 now + $500 daily… I can do better. I’ve offered you a deal, now I got other deal to fulfill.”

😤 Closing Words:

“Suit yourself. We both know how this ends.”

We have forwarded all of this to Trustpilot’s content integrity team, along with the clear evidence that no such users or orders exist. While they are currently reviewing the reports, we are committed to defending our reputation by replying to each fake review publicly and factually.

🔧 So, What’s Actually Happening?

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to complete the largest infrastructure upgrade in our history, and here’s what it includes:

✅ Freshly updated NXTL platform
✅ High-speed eSIMs
✅ Continued global phone number support
✅ A revamped NXTL mobile app for SMS & calling
✅ Enhanced performance, security, and network coverage

During this critical migration phase, we paused eSIM provisioning to avoid delivering a degraded experience. We did not issue QR codes or activate services during this time. Still, some customers who purchased early were unintentionally impacted.

💡 If You Placed an Order Recently

We’ve got you covered.

💳 Refunds were proactively issued for most customers. If you didn’t receive yours, simply email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

💎 Free upgraded eSIMs with bonus airtime will be automatically delivered to those affected as soon as provisioning resumes.

✉️ You will receive an email with your activation details and instructions—no need to do anything on your side.

🔜 What’s Coming Next?

We plan to begin re-issuing upgraded eSIMs and phone numbers next week, with the full app relaunch to follow shortly after.

Customers will receive:

🌍 An upgraded eSIM with stronger global coverage

💰 Bonus airtime as appreciation for your patience

☎️ Optional phone numbers in multiple regions

📲 Easy setup guides for installation

🙏 Thank You for Standing With Us

To the hundreds of customers who’ve stood by us, messaged us kindly, or just waited silently — you are the reason we keep building. NXTL is more than a platform. It’s a mission. It’s freedom, transparency, and digital independence in a world of closed systems and bundled tricks.

We’ve never pretended to be perfect. But we are real.

And we’re coming back stronger.

With appreciation,
—The NXTL Mobile Team
