2. Service Description & Balance Top-Up

• Our eSIM service provides global mobile connectivity.
• The eSIM itself is free – a $11.99 USD purchase is a balance top-up for future pay-as-you-go usage.
• The balance has no expiry and can be used for data, calls, and SMS.
• No physical SIM card is provided – this is a digital eSIM activation.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

• Once an eSIM is activated or a balance is added, we cannot issue refunds or reversals.
• Ensure your device supports eSIM before purchase.

4. User Responsibilities
