Routing and privacy are not the same thing.
NXTL’s routing infrastructure is not a personal VPN or a promise of anonymous browsing. Keep using the security tools you need, including an employer-required VPN. Website encryption, device permissions and the services you sign in to still matter.

Can I choose another internet exit location?
Not with the current service. London is the published internet exit, and there is no customer location picker. Changing Cheapest to Best coverage changes network preference, not the exit city.
Why might a website show a different country from where I am?
A website may estimate location from your internet address, which can differ from your physical location. Other signals, such as permitted device location and account settings, can also matter. NXTL does not guarantee which country every service will display or access to location-restricted content.
Does this guarantee a faster connection?
No. Response time and speed depend on your location, the mobile network, the route and the service you are reaching. A managed internet route is not a promise of the lowest latency or a particular speed. If your connection is struggling, check the available network options and setup.
