A top-up and a trip do different jobs in NXTL Rewards. Here is the simple version.
Add balance. Earn something back.
Eligible purchases, including eligible balance top-ups, earn 5% of the purchase amount as Tokens. Keep track of your Tokens in My Account, then redeem them for prepaid balance when you want to use them.
Use data. Unlock a lower usage rate.
Your eligible data usage over the last 30 days determines the level you can earn. Reach a higher level to unlock a larger discount on eligible usage. Adding money to your account does not, by itself, raise your level.

Eligible purchases earn Tokens equal to 5% of the purchase amount in its currency. Each Token has a 0.95-unit reference redemption value in that same currency. Redeem your Tokens in My Account to add eligible prepaid service credit to the NXTL account you already use. That redeemed balance never expires.
An eligible $20.00 purchase earns 1 Token because 5% of $20.00 is 1. Redeeming that Token adds $0.95 of eligible NXTL service credit.
Fractional Tokens are supported. The same 5% earning and 0.95-per-Token redemption rule applies in your active currency.

The window moves with you: it is the rolling last 30 days, not a calendar month. Once you earn a higher level, it is held for at least 30 days. Your account shows your current level and progress.

When a monthly leaderboard is active, the top three places can earn Token prizes. Your account shows the current competition and prizes. Participation is private by default; showing a nickname in the public top ten is your choice.

A few details worth knowing.
Usage discounts depend on an eligible personal NXTL eSIM and qualifying usage. Older eSIM profiles, business services and some specialist connections may follow different rules. Check the Rewards area for what counts on your account. If your profile is not eligible, ask us about your options.
Will a bigger top-up move me to a higher level?
No. Eligible purchases can earn Tokens, but your usage-discount level is based on eligible data usage over the rolling last 30 days. Top up for the data you need; adding a larger balance alone does not unlock a higher level.
Does my level reset on the first of the month?
No. Usage levels use a rolling 30-day window, and an earned higher level is held for at least 30 days. The monthly leaderboard is separate and follows its own competition period. Your account shows your current status.
Can I withdraw Tokens as cash or send them to someone else?
Tokens cannot be withdrawn as cash. Redeem them for NXTL prepaid balance, or use the transfer option to send them to an eligible NXTL customer. Recipients need a registered account with at least one completed order. Your account shows the applicable redemption and transfer limits.
