Your bank, card issuer, wallet, exchange or blockchain network may apply its own conversion, transaction or network fee; those external charges are outside NXTL’s control.

IF PAYMENT DOES NOT FINISH

Pause before paying twice.

A bank check, wallet prompt, expired crypto quote or interrupted connection can leave a payment unfinished. Check the order state before starting another payment.

Payment was declined or cancelled

Return to checkout, confirm the payment details and complete any bank or wallet verification. If one method remains unavailable, choose another method shown for the order.

Payment appears complete, but access is missing

Refresh My Account and check the purchase email. If the eSIM or top-up still does not appear, contact NXTL with the order number before paying again.

Crypto payment is waiting for confirmation

Blockchain confirmation time varies. Keep the transaction reference and follow the status shown for the order. Do not send a second transfer unless support confirms it is needed.

Which payment methods does NXTL accept?

NXTL supports credit or debit card, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency. Checkout shows the methods currently available for your device and order.

Why can’t I see Apple Pay or Google Pay?

A wallet button appears only when the wallet, device and browser are compatible and the method is available for that transaction. Check that the wallet is set up, or choose another method offered at checkout.

Does paying for NXTL start a subscription?

No. Buying the NXTL Global eSIM or making a manual balance top-up is a one-time payment. NXTL does not add a monthly subscription.

Can I buy an NXTL eSIM with crypto?

Yes, when crypto is shown at checkout. Select it to see the current assets, networks, quote and instructions. Use the exact asset, network, amount and address displayed for that order.

Does NXTL add tax at checkout?

No. NXTL does not add taxes at checkout. A bank, wallet, exchange or blockchain network may still apply its own conversion, transaction or network fee.

Can I use these methods to top up my balance?

Start the top-up from My Account and checkout will show the methods available for that transaction. The payment adds prepaid balance to your existing account; it does not issue another eSIM.

What happens after my first payment is confirmed?

Your NXTL eSIM becomes available through the supported app or account activation route, and QR code/setup information is also sent by email. Install it on a compatible unlocked device before travel when possible.

What should I do if I paid but cannot see my eSIM or balance?

Refresh My Account, check the purchase email and confirm the order status. If access or balance is still missing, contact NXTL with the order number before attempting another payment.
